This program is designed for both existing trainers and career switchers. The 5-step presentation practice and co-facilitation sessions are specifically built to give you the practical experience and confidence you need to lead a room.
This is a "Train The Trainer" program, not a Ph.D. in AI. We provide you with the necessary AI theory, automation knowledge, and client-ready materials. Your role as a trainer is to facilitate learning, and we teach you exactly how to do that effectively, even with complex topics.
Yes, this program is fully HRDC claimable. We even have a dedicated module on "Training to be HRDC trainer" to guide you through the requirements and process.
The program is designed to be completed within one month. This includes the pre-program class, the 3-day intensive workshop, and the self-paced learning and teaching practicals. The 3 months of support begins *after* you complete the core program.
